In this episode I sat down with my friend Cynthia Mousseau to talk about terms to do with racism to help me to learn how to be a better ally to people of color. After the George Floyd death, the black community asked us to pause, listen and learn. And that is where this comes from . A white woman, learning from another white woman who has done the work to learn more about how our system doesn’t always work for people of color. This is our part to spread more knowledge about the topics and what we can do to help a community that is hurting, and has been hurting for a long time.
