2020 has been nothing short of challenging for everyone across the globe.   Everything we have known to date has changed, from school, to haircuts, to grocery shopping to the way we interact with people.  In this episode I speak with Donna Imgrund, a long time nurse of oncology and hospice care.   She took us through some ways to hold space or someone who is grieving and how one may be feeling when they lose or are losing a loved one.   She talks about some ways she has coped as a nurse, a human, and beyond.   These are important conversations, especially in 2020 where the theme is, as Donna states, collective grief.
