Please note that we do our best to describe how a class/method will be conducted. However, know that we would never let a student feel anything but confident in any of these classes. They are meant to be a general idea of what the class/method contains. It is best to try different ones to see which one fits best to you. If the class schedule does not denote a particular method, it is a combination of different methods that work for any student.

At this studio we follow the Hatha Yoga branch of Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a system of physical postures, or asanas, whose higher purpose is to purify the body, giving one awareness and control over its internal states and rendering it fit for meditation.

Class Descriptions


Classes are on a drop-in basis. There are no memberships to worry about. You just come and pay as you go, or buy classes up front and use them whenever it is convenient for you.
